Renaissance Integrated Solution has created an innovative, proven and patented sewer rehabilitation solution that replaces aging sewer infrastructure systems while simultaneously creating valuable, local fiber communications networks that directly reach residential and commercial buildings supporting the delivery of current and next-generation communications services and applications (e.g., video-on-demand).
Renaissance impacts two previously unconnected markets. In the sewer rehabilitation market, Renaissance enables municipalities to fund their sewer rehabilitation needs by monetizing their embedded sewer infrastructure assets. In the "Last Mile" fiber connectivity market, Renaissance provides extremely attractive access rates to communications service providers seeking to establish direct fiber connectivity with end-users.
Renaissance possesses nearly 20 years of construction management experience in both sewer rehabilitation and fiber networking. Members of our management team pioneered many of the trenchless sewer rehabilitation technologies that are widely used today and also managed the majority of fiber construction projects in New York City for companies such as AT&T, MFS, and MFN. Their know-how assures that municipalities' implementation of the DPR solution will be efficient and cost-effective.
Renaissance also possesses considerable communications and network design experience. Members of our management team were senior executives of MFN, one of the original fiber networking communications companies in the United States. Their experience includes being directly responsible for the procurement of multi-million dollar contracts from the world's largest telecommunication and internet companies, as well as designing terrestrial and sub-oceanic networks that allow communications networks to function. This expertise enables municipalities to build a communications infrastructure that generates sizeable revenue and provides its residents with state-of-the-art communications services.
