The DPR solution enables municipalities to comprehensively replace existing mainline and lateral sewer connections with new long-life, leak-proof, HDPE pipe that prevents the sanitary and combined sewer overflows, which are prohibited by the EPA's enforcement of The Clean Water Act of 1972.

On an open access basis Renaissance leases, at extremely competitive fees, fiber optic access to qualified communications service providers.
